Electricity Supply
The ESB is currently the main supplier of electricity to the cottages. If you wish to change from the ESB, please contact your new preferred supplier for application forms.
Meter readings can be phoned into the electricity company to ensure more accurate bills are sent. To check your meter reading, open your meter box with the supplied key (always left beside Cottage 1 meter - please return when finished with). For cottages 1-3, the ESB meters are marked and located behind the car washing area. For cottages 4-7 the meters are marked and located on the wall behind Cottage 4. Ensure to take the Day and Night meter reading and phone both of these in for an accurate bill. For reference, the meter numbers are:

Waste Management
There are currently two ways to dispose of your waste in Mount Corballis, using the recycling shed or the waste bins.
Recycling: The recycling shed has a number of bags and boxes to help seperate various recyclable waste types. Please ensure to carefully seperate waste types and that food containers are thoroughly cleaned out. There is no charge for using the recycling shed as the management will remove all recycling free of charge.
Waste Bins: Each cottage has it's own 200 litre waste bin which is charged per empty. The charge is roughly €10 and is handled by Arklow Waste Disposal. The waste bins are typically emptied at 8:00am every second Friday morning. To have your bin emptied, please purchase a bin tag from the management or from Murphy & Cahills shop in Rathdrum. All bins that are full must be tagged and emptied for hygiene purposes. Please ensure your bins are not overfilled, such bins can-not be closed & may attract vermin. For waste bins that are full and not tagged, there will be an additional charge applied by Arklow Waste Disposal and passed on to the resident.

Electric Gates
The electric gates are programmed to open from the road, only with a Key Fob or the keypad gate code. Please ensure not to stand in front of the beam when entering the keypad gate code. The code should be entered as CLEAR + CODE + ENTER. Please contactus if you are having difficulty with either the keypad or key fob. |
